In our second episode we are joined by urban practitioner and Natural Walking Cities founder, Richard Lambert, as we discuss how Singapore, the second of our global cities, is responding to COVID-19. We consider Singapore’s strategic development as a global city and the way in which strong governance and long-term planning has enabled it to establish world-leading public transport, housing and green infrastructure.
